It renews on its own after the first year. Cancel whenever you like and we hand you the site and the domain to take anywhere, with nothing more to pay.

The questions people ask first.
How did you know about my business?
Your Google listing. Your business name, phone number, reviews and photos are all public on it. We look for local businesses with either no website or one that needs a facelift, build the site from what is already public, and mail a card. Nothing came from anywhere private and nobody handed over your details.
What if I am not interested?
Ignore the card and nothing happens. No invoice, no charge for the site sitting there, and nothing to cancel because you never signed up for anything.
What exactly does the $499 cover?
The finished site, yours to keep. A domain name registered in your business name. The first year of hosting and security. A round of changes so everything on it reads the way you want. Your enquiry form pointed at your inbox. HST is added on top, which registered businesses claim straight back. After the first 12 months it renews at $199 a year, which covers hosting and your updates. Cancel any time and the site and the domain are still yours to take anywhere, with nothing further to pay.
Do I actually own it?
Once you have paid, the site is yours and the domain is registered in your business name. Ask for it to be moved into your own account at any point and we will move it, no charge.
What if I want something changed on it?
Send it through the change form and we will sort it. A service missing, a photo you would rather not use, a headline that is not how you talk about your work. Getting that right is part of the $499, because the site should sound like you before anyone else sees it.
What counts as an update after the first year?
Send everything you want changed through the change form in one go and that is one round. New service, new photos, a price change, different contact details, a seasonal note at the top. Four of those a year are included. If you want a whole new section or a second page built, we quote it separately so you know the number before we start.
How long until it is live?
It already is, which is why there was a link on your card. Moving it onto your own domain takes a few minutes once you have decided.
I already have a website.
Most businesses do, and plenty of the ones we build for are replacing something rather than starting from nothing. The question is whether yours is winning you work or quietly costing it.
